Christian Education At Mulberry

Our Christian Education program is extensive, ranging from infants through adults.

Sunday School starts at 9:45 AM.

Nursery

A nursery is provided for infants and preschool kids from 9:45 AM through the worship service.  Staffed by loving volunteers from the congregation, these kids have meaningful interaction with adults as well as lots of toys to play with.

 Children

With Bible stories, drama, arts and crafts, and a computer classroom, children learn the basics of the Christian faith through a variety of methods.  Children from kindergarten to fifth grade benefit from this exciting program.

Youth

Our youth room has recently been furnished with new couches, carpet, pool table and more!  The youth teachers are “cool” while promoting conversation about how faith, the Bible, and God interact with the “real world.”  All youth sixth thru twelfth grade are welcome.

 Adults

We have three adult Sunday School classes that run simultaneously.  The Fellowship Class taught by Bill Thomason is enjoyed by an older crowd as they study the Bible on a book by book basis.  The women’s class uses “The Present Word” bible study as they discuss and reflect on the text and act on what they discover there.  The third class (name to be determined) also uses “The Present Word” curriculum and consists of younger members trying to apply the lessons of the Bible to the issues that concern us today.  All of our classes are thought provoking, discussion oriented, and biblically based.  All are welcome!
